That area is so beautiful. 5 acres minimum would be best. Need more homesteads with privacy if any development

Preserve Alva's rural beauty! We need these crucial wildlife habitats and green spaces. So little rural land remains so lets do something good and preserve what we have because once its gone, it's gone for good!

I have family that are residents of Alva. I enjoy visiting them and enjoying the quiet peace that Alva has to offer. It would be an injustice to over develop the area. Noise, light pollution and the increased burden it would put on the residents that chose Alva to get away from the congested areas. STOP!!!

There is a big conflict of interest with one of the commissioners owning land near this development. He is prodevelopment

We open the Pandora’s box and we will never close it. 31 isn’t built for this future. Alva isn’t built for this future, and as an 18 year old in a 4th generation Alva Family I know my Great Grand parents and ancestors would roll in their grave over this. The Bible says to love your Neighbor, We can’t love the ones we already have by adding tons of new ones, that of which don’t understand where they live and who their surrounded by. Alva has always wanted to be left alone and it should stay that way, long live the legacy of Mr Mann

I have lived in this community for ten years and this development needs to stop. This area is a beautiful rural neighborhood that has been for generations. It is our duty to the past and current residents to preserve the land.
