Alva already has laws to protect our cherished town from massive developments. We do not have the water or road infrastructure or desire to have a more dense population growth. Please go somewhere else and leave us in peace

As a citizen who has spent almost 20 year visiting my family in Alva, is unimaginable what a development like this will do to the land and overall experience of living in Alva. Ever since I can remember, Alva has been a quiet sanctuary away from the crowded, cookie cutter developments of “the city” lifestyle. Overdevelopment and crowding will irrevocably change the lives of current residents who have spent decades enjoying a quality of life they have worked hard to maintain and sustain. Not to mention the devastating effects it will have on the land and the plants/animals that currently occupy it.

Not enough infrastructure and natural resources to support development in this areaZ. Please look to the future and stop this over development!

Please be mindful to our longevity to an area we’ve lived for over 30 years and don’t do our area an injustice, remember less is more, it breaks my heart to see this in the planning phase, and from what I’ve seen and heard this is going to put our roads in such a congested mess no one who lives in my neighborhood is going to enjoy the same freedom from living the way we have for so long
