No more taking over ag land. Also our roads can not handle the traffic we have now from Irresponsible building decisions. Leave our beautiful land alone.

We are not opposed to development, we are for smart development that falls inline with our rural community. One home per acre of buildable land. This excludes all wetlands, access roads, walkways and such.

We do not want cookie cutter city housing in the last Agricultural Community in Alva.
We do not want duplex housing on 30 ft lots.
The community will NOT allow barns, out buildings, horse stables etc. This is a City Development Plan. We also do not want hook up to City Sewer that sends treated sewage into our river.
