Give Barnet High Street businesses a chance to compete with the no cost or low cost parking high streets that surround us. Help us encourage shoppers into High Barnet by granting one hour free parking on Barnet High Street. It's not much to ask given that Whetstone High Street ten minutes away has so much more. Same Borough !!
