Even 30 mins free parking would be good! We have this is Hertford where I now live and brings trade and encourages movement in the town

The costs in The Spires Car Park has rocketed over the past 10 years from 20p an hour to circa £1.50 why would anyone bother to shop here when its its free in so many other spaces. Rip-off car parks again killing business!!!
