My wife and I stick to a budget to afford life in Ossining. Why is the leadership unable to do the same. Increase in taxes that are already shocking will make home owners leave and deter others from buying homes here. Who will foot the bill when there is no one left?

Stop limiting housing for tenants by passing ETPA. It will hurt the tenants and our community!

Please help tenants by NOT passing ETPA. I don't know how artificially limiting rents is supposed to help tenants. It just makes less housing available and discourages investment in our community.

Enacting ETPA will not create affordable housing in Ossining. It will just make finding an apartment here more challenging and expensive.

As an owner and provider of affordable housing in the Village why is my constitutional right to ownership of private property being attacked and diminished with enacting ETPA!

Our taxes are too high as is. Our roads need to be paved. What is being done with all of our taxes? Stop ETPA.

We are taxed aplenty here in Ossining, Westchester County, and New York State. Raising our taxes is making residents like myself who was born and raised in Ossining want to sell our house and get out of town to somewhere more affordable. Find your money elsewhere. There are many here illegally working for "cash only" and NOT paying their fare share of taxes. Working families are struggling as it is now.

When I moved to Ossining in 1980 no one offered to pay my rent and when I bought at a Ossining house in 1985 no one offered to pay my mortgage at 16.75%. If you can't afford to live here move further north. Stop the progressive "give my money away politics"

Stop spending taxpayer funds on investigation of a proposal that will destroy the foundation of our community! Enough is enough - the money trees are bare!, don't force middle class homeowners to leave this community.

Please do not enact ETPA. As the previous comments have noted this tax is unfair.

As a former member of the Ossining Landlord Relations Council, I know the negative effects ETPA places upon businesses and homeowners to the benefit of a relatively few, albeit vocal, tenants and non-Ossining paid solicitors. Stand strong as did past Boards for the benefit of the majority by declining adoption of this detrimental law. Thank you for your consideration.
