Stop with all this helping those who claim they need help. Truth is most of the are here illegally and do many types of jobs in and around the village for cash only. They pay no taxes local of federal, but yet do very well with the cash they collect. Stop putting more and more burdens on the taxpayers. VOTE NO.

This town / village is making it harder and harder for seniors and the working class family to stay here. You are truly pushing out residents who LIVED HERE ALL THEIR LIVES

Fully against rent control in Ossining. Good landlord who keep their building in good shape should have control over their own asset. I don’t believe that many properties in this area warrant these actions. It will hurt the town of Ossining if it is put through.

A housing program that treats building stock differently depending on what side of 1974 it is on cannot equate to a fair system for building owners, residents nor municipalities that have to pay the price and carry the fiscal burden. An evaluated effort based on data, which we have based on recent studies, strongly suggests that EPTA will not eradicate the perceived housing shortage the supporters claim exists. This is purely politicalky motivated, and as such has no place in the efforts to put together a comprehensive housing plan. Say NO to EPTA!!

Please represent the whole community trustees bazemore and herrera, not just your personal groups, no ETPA not good for an already divided community. As trustee herrera said in a meeting people are angry
