Typical byproduct of climate change mentality. Expect more of this in the future. They won't be satisfied till we are all walking in village Fayetteville or using mass transit. Got to pack us in like sardines to reduce our carbon foot print before we destroy Mother Earth.

The ultimate goal of the leaders of Fayetteville is to eliminate the use of automobiles by any incremental means because they believe they are destroying the earth. Read the city’s Energy Action plan they passed. In fifteen years their goal is to have automobile usage reduced to 2010 levels.

This is a really bad idea! Most family homes have 2+ cars. It’s unfair to cut down the options to build.

This is clearly a case of government over reach. Citizens on private property should have the right to build a home with a garage that suits their needs, not what someone else thinks they should have.
