What will end up happening will be people not coming to live here. Developers will go elsewhere so they do t have to put up with the fayetteville city government with all its restrictions. You notice we have very little businesses coming to town because they have to deal with the Powers That Be. I think it’s high time for a clearing of the current council and planning dept

This is one of the most ridiculous ordinances I have seen presented. There are three drivers in my house. I can only imagine all the car shuffling we would have to do if we lived in a house with this set up! Does the city really want more cars on the street?

No! Most families have two cars. I do not want my car sitting outside in hot sun, freezing temps, or hail. Unacceptable.

This proposed legislation is a meaningless infringement on property rights of the citizens of Fayetteville. Meant only to give a select few more money and sense of power, it is entirely immoral and should not be put into action.

Quit infringing on the rights of others, especially hard working property owners. We don’t need your oversight and agenda!

I am in opposition of the ordinance the Fayetteville City Council is trying to cram down our throats as citizens and property owners.

I have been developing for 32 years. I have never seen such a ridiculous ordinance. Cars need to get off the streets

This is not necessary or do people want it. There are other things the council should be concerning themselves with. We don't need to be a mini Seattle. This is NWA.
