Loughton is a small community mainly populated by young families. Recently we had increased criminal activity in this area and no police presence. Last thing I want is to be afraid to let my children out!

Totally and utterly unsuitable location for a development of this nature. This is a residential area with schools nearby and school children making their way to and from school. I certainly don't want my children being put at risk! Absolutely ridiculous that this venture is being considered!

The application itself is very badly drafted and poorly thought out, indicating low safety standards and profit being the only motive at the expense of the safety of local residents.
