this is an awful idea. an area packed with children, families, schools, nurseries. barely any police on the streets and streetlights off ridiculously early at night. will bring nothing but chaos to an already increasingly troubled area.

itvis wrong to be doing this sort of thing in Loughton my daughter and her children along with many other young families live ink Loughton and the thought that was going to be there disgusts me as I would be constantly worrying about them

Without knowing what crimes the ex offenders hv committed of which nobody will reveal I feel uncomfortable living in this area with a danger to the community.
