A money making opportunity full of grants to line the pockets of the owner at what cost to the community? Strongly object to such a project for several reasons.

Have recently moved into the area believing it a nice area to bring up our two young daughters. This must be rejected.

Strong object at this location. On many grounds can only be rejected.

Good News
Loughton Council will recommend REJECTING the proposal to Epping Forest District Council.
Thank you to all for actively supporting this issue. I submitted a written objection to the development at 20 Ollards Grove along with the petition ahead of the Loughton Council meeting on Monday 15th Dec and to the Epping Council.

This ia totally the the wrong place, and must noy be allowed planning permission. Children live close by is a good enough reason for the application to be rejected. I do not thinck thr offenders would feel comfortable living there either

completely inappropriate so close to bars (which already have regular trouble) and schools.

Please don't let this go through. This is a quiet residential street and holds no advantage whatsoever for rehabilitating offenders, it will just put the whole town at risk!!

This is the most rediculous positioning I have ever heard of. Why would you locate the socially unacceptable in one of the nicest places to live in the South East. It's like rewarding them for doing wrong. Please rethink.

Strongly disagree. The area is a quiet residential one and it will affect too many close neighbours. There is a shortage of large family homes in the area and conversions of residential properties into business should be minimised.

Strong objection. It could house those of the most difficult, damaged and potentially dangerous defendants and offenders. Low level street lighting and forest at end of road will attract antisocial and criminal activity posing a real risk to the public and property. The site near overlooks a preschool nursery too. The house is unsuitable for such use and removes a home for a family from the community.

totally disagree, we are experiencing more and more trouble in Loughton, from muggings to terrible fights after hours outside Luxe, with blood left all over the pavements!! Loughton seems to be attracting unsavoury characters now.... so putting offenders in the middle of it all is not going to help improve the increasing crime and incidents that are occuring on a regular basis now!! Im scared to let my kids out!!!

strongly disagree. there has been increased troubke in the area without adding to it. most importantly this area is hugely populated with families with young children and so seems the worst place for somewhere like this to be built.
