Instead of giving these lowlife losers a slap on the hand for abusing and neglecting our precious animals... don't you think it's time to send out the message that this is NOT okay?!! Change the laws... ! Animal abuse, in any form, NEEDS to become a felony!

We as the suppasade "humane" race we have a responsibility to give a voice for those whom cannot speak. The violence against these innocent animals is just attrocious . An animal is not born mean !! People are under the assumption that animals have no feelings, REALLY ? Please this is such an important issue that CANNOT be ignored any longer. Pleae help us STOP ANIMAL ABUSE !! Let New York State start this law. The other states will follow. Please help our furever friends.

It's high time for the abuse to end. I grew up in NY and witnessed boys putting firecrackers into cats ears and then set them on fire. The cops didn't do anything as no laws were being broken. Animals are like children and should be treated as such.
