Cats & dogs are defenseless to the people who abuse them. They have feeling too just like humans. If there was stricter laws against animal abuse perhaps there wouldn't be as much abuse and maybe people would think twice about hurting a poor helpless animal. Please help them.

As Pa. SPCA volunteer and owner of 4 cats, I love them and abhor abuse against aay and all animals! But why should cruelty laws be stricter than those for cats? Laws against cruelty for any animal should be strict1
