And what is with removing the cap on clear cuts? We need diverse healthy multi generational forests for the citizens, landowners and the wildlife of this province. We do not want a government who places corporate profit before the people's right to a healthy environment.

A quick search online and you will find how domestic minds like mine are forbade to spray our lawn bouquets with glyphosate, just one among a bunch of sprays the N.S. says are not okay.
"Excepted Usage" is a line you'll also find, and while it's undefined there are no ref'rences to spraying all the day long, from above, over forests, lawns, ponds, onto everything sacred until all of whatever you want to be dead is gone. But then, that's not domestic, I know, to coat with glyphosate over everything that grows, as that's more industrious in scale, and so gets a pass, while we domestics, and the lands where we live, get a fail.

This is not what our future and present time needs as a way to cut back wood. It's simply common sense to NOT use this carcinogenic spray as out entire wildlife, river and human species are at high risk. Disgusted with how Nova Scotias politicans arnt even considering their residents.

Not sure why we let big industry dictate what is good for our province. They never consider health/environment effects when using dangerous goods. They only do what they can get away with...to maintain profit or a better bottom line.

You are destroying the diversity of our forests with this disgusting chemical? Don't we know better than we did in the 1980's when this program began?
