Economic decisions for industry should not trump social costs of human health.

I live and work in these areas. This is dispicable. If cancer rates suddenly go up we can look to this company and the gov who approved this. The gov will be paying pretty heavy when hospital visits go up.

Shameful the province would selfishly allow this! We already have some of the highest cancer rates of n the country!

It is important that there be no spraying of glyphosate in our NS forests. Please do not allow this to happen.

The government has just come out and said trust them they have done all the research on this product. Has anyone heard this before? How will they cleanup our water when it's polluted?

The Minister must take science into account and admit that Health Canada does *not* independently test products before or after approval. HC relies on the corporate applicant's test results, many of which have been proven false by independent researchers who are immediately attacked by the industry: https://www.independentsciencenews.org/health/seralini-and-science-nk603-rat-study-roundup/

I am against wholesale spraying of the forests for many reasons. a mono culture becomes a desert for bees and animals and in this case an open invitation to a repeat of the spruce budworm invasions of the past.
