Regardless of how toxic this stuff is, it's not exactly advisable to deliberately reduce biodiversity over large tracts of land.
I also see no long-term economic gain for Nova Scotia by spraying glyphosate. It will encourage clear-cutting by leaving only harvestable trees. Trees can only grow so fast and only so many can be grown in our tiny province. What I see is short-term financial gain for one of the only forestry companies left standing in the province, as well as short-term political gain for feeding that company work.
Boom and bust economics.
Same as it ever was.

They did this in BC and Alberta and it didn't work as well as they thought it would and it destroyed many, many bees. No bees, NO PRODUCE or anything else for that matter. WHAT is wrong with you people???? Don't you ever learn???? The public is saying NO to more poisonous spraying WHY ARE OUR MP'S not stopping this ??? I'm so disgusted by this !!!!!

How foolish is our government to allow this spraying of glysophate, simply so the pulp industry can increase profit. Look at what this has done to New Brunswick. It has destroyed the deer population, destroyed the bee population and has destroyed the ecosystem completely. There is much more importance that corporate profit. Frankly, you disgust me.
