My main concerns are noise from (a) modified motorcycle mufflers; (b) brrrrttatatat exhaust from PUJs; (c) honking without reason other than to say that they want trafic to move; and (d) revving engine.

what happened to the other petition and why do we need another? it had over 1000 signatures. It's clear that we want something done about the issues of loud music so why is nothing being done?
i'm so tired of hearing bass music almost everyday its effecting my mental health really bad.
We have rights, it should be banned from homes and residential areas.

As a foreigner living in the Philippines I am abused if I complain about noise and my Wife is too frightened to help me. I can be told to get back to my own country if I don't like videoke noise But what about my Wife who is Philipina? We live very close to a nature reserve in Pampanga which is designated to be a peaceful pilgrimage site but in the last 2 years, several cafes have opened for business nearby and of course they all have videoke. It has become a nightmare for us.

The State shall protect and advance the right of the people to a balanced and healthful ecology in accord with the rhythm and harmony of nature.
The rampant use of videoke machines and other sounds amplifier such as big speakers are not controlled by the government nowadays. Those sounds producing machine cause Noise Pollution which is harmful to human health, wildlife, and the environment. Because of this, we're calling the attention of the Government to control and regulate the manufacturing and use of those devices that produce noise pollution and endangered the health of the people, wildlife, and the environment.
