I'm not a huge fan of Nintendo games, apart from Metroid and Pokemon, but I still support all the fans that feel abused by Big N's ego and greed. This petition may be old, but it's not too late.

I have nothing to say , i just came here to sign and believe that AM2R will be fully release :(

- Nes and Snes BS - region locked games and consoles so no way to get a special edition console, like the metroid console and also the collector game is hitting 300€ on eBay Europe! - if you lose your console you lose all the games installed with it. - you have to buy the same game from Eshop multiple time if you have a couple of consoles at home... - keeping fans in the dark about availability of their products, so fans have to spend hours everyday TRYING to buy a Nes or Snes or the new metroid special edition console and game....

Since last year, that I know now that Nintendo not only refuses new talent amongst fans & future gaming developers that likes their franchises, but shutting them down since they've becoming their "so-called" threat for BS reasons. Ever since then, not only that I won't buy Nintendo products anymore, I'll no longer support them in anyway shape of form (until they change their ways of how they're treating their fanbase & supporters - especially the die-hardcore gamers). Until that change comes to fruition, even I hate to say this... but around 2K17 or 18, RIP Nintendo (not even the new Switch system will save them this time around). It's been fun with Nintendo while it lasted, but they've now becoming more ass holes, pricks, and c*nts for the past several years. Holla holla! >.<

yeah i don't like nintendo either they don't like people getting past the security protocals in their systems so they can run custom unsigned code on them (unnecesary updates that add "support and overall better funcionality" to the device). Then AM2R gets dmca. These guys are retards . Hire the hackers to help improve system security from things that are actually harmful, then hire doctorm64 to develop more great games. But till then i dont think i even can get anymore nintendo products.

Nintendo should have used the fan project to make some sales of their IP just like SEGA did.

I signed this for Nintendo to stop with this abusing with DMCA spreading all over the internet with anything that contain with any great fanmade hack games.

Fans who have both the passion and skill to make stuff on the scale of am2r should be a love letter to nintendo. There not made to steal credit or make profit of.

I may not have played AM2R or any other fan game before, but I was considering buying it. Nintendo, if you don't like copyrighted trademarks and the game is good, just buy it!

Don't isolate the many children and young adults who grew up on your games. Seeing such made with free labor alone should be a sign that we are passionate over the great games you gave us. Legality aside, making your fan base dislike you is worse than a million reimagined free Nintendo games

This was both evil, and pretty stupid, Nintendo. You could've made money AND looked like the good guy. Now you don't get either of those.
