If you have an issue with Federal Hill Irish Stroll take it up with Lindy Promo for overselling tickets and for not following their requirements for the street closures and such.
Federal Hill is a community focused around its social district. It is becoming more and more popular, which raises the desirability of the neighborhood and your rent/home value. 17 vacant buildings don't.
