I am against the increased traffic, pollution, risk to the green belt, wildlife and vegetation, the destruction of this rural area that has been under the stewardship of Radbourne Hall. I am against the increased traffic on these rural roads. I propose building on brownfield sites that have the infrastructure more or less in place. I believe these decisions are opportunistic and not for the benefit of the area.

This would be a dangerous development due to the planned roundabout. Also the infrastructure in Mickleover is already unviable.

Mickleover simply does not have good enough infrastructure to support more housing.

It will overstretch the limited infrastructure in place, and destroy valuable food producing land.

Already infrastructure is struggling, roads gridlocked Doctors lists closed currently, schools full, more housing will cause unsurmountable problems

Infrastructure and facilities are totally inadequate for this development. Where are the schools and doctors' surgeries to support these people? South Derbyshire always dump their houses next to Derby City to poach the facilities paid for by Derby City council tax payers.

I have serious concerns about the overloading of the local services in the Mickleover area.

facilities in the area are inadequate to cope with this development, particularly doctors, shops, schools & shared open space.

This area is already under pressure with local facilities and has large amounts of traffic in what is supposed to be a peaceful park area.

Who are these people to try to force this massive change on residents who don't want it?

The existing facilities for this area are already overstretched (eg. recently had to wait close to 2 weeks for Doctors appointment). Plus it is often a struggle to park at local shops/supermarkets.

We wish to appeal to the plan of building 300 dwellings in Mickleover, Derby under reference APP/F1040/W/15/3005774 number of reasons: - we don't beleive that the addition of a roundabout will suffice to deal with the additional traffic this would create - the /secondary school under which this new estate would fall is already at capacity, and far too big as it is - some doctor's surgery no longer accept new patients - the village of Mickleover is very limited in shops, facilities, car park already as it is. This new estate would aggravate the situation For those reasons, we trust that the plans will not be approved
