I want to see the new west school expansion be stopped. School needs to comply with original numbers.

Our neighborhood is choking with traffic and parking problems. A school that has adhered strictly to its CUP is one thing. Since New West--a non-neighborhood Charter school-- began it continues to violate the rules without consequence. Why should they now be granted even more when they cannot even closely abide to the promises they made to the City and to our community. They continue to be cited as recently as ten days ago for violating the CUP. We cannot give New West who has total disregard and lack of concern and respect for their neighbors' well being and right to a quality residential area with no respect for the law and a false sense of entitlement to knock us over the head and thumb their noses with more demands and privileges that just benefit New West and inflict more traffic, noise, and parking problems on our little neighborhood. Please support the cause!!

we are disappointed that the new west school has not honored its promises and now threatens to further degrade the area. They must be required to comply with their promises and No added benefits.

The City park is showing more and more wear & tear, and it seems like the kids are out there multiple times each week. More traffic, and more coming-and-going isn't needed. This used to be a quieter neighborhood, but with school traffice and cut-through traffic due to congestion on Bundy and Barrington, we are clogged.

Please do not allow increase in students as long as the school does not follow the guidelines and is not more neighborhood friendly!!!

The New West administration needs to be held to the guidelines so that the school can be a good neighbor.

I continually hear complaints about how the school administration does not live up to the covenants that they made with the Neighborhood regarding traffic, parking, evening programs, noise, etc. Until the school can live up to the current covenants, please do not permit an increase in enrollment, extended evening hours, increased parking opportunities, and other requests. Let the school demonstrate that it is a "good neighbor" before granting their requests.

Parents and students are not abiding by the current rules. It's not fair to change the original agreement and further impact the people who live in this neighborhood.

It is busy enough traffic wise. We don't need more cars and/or more people.

Every time I drive past the school during their current pick-up and drop-off times, I see some sort of traffic violation. Parents double park on Armacost to drop single students off. 6-10 cars queue eastbound on Missouri with or without their carpool quotas, obstructing lanes for other drivers. The school spokespeople promised not to expand beyond the enrollment pact made with Bill Rosendahl. They are requesting something that contradicts their previous testimony and promises to the WLA/Stoner Park community. Further expansion will only further exacerbate the horrific traffic conjestion and danger in our area. Vote against NWC expansion at their Armacost site.

The students park all over the neighborhood, and leave their trash, used joints, and garbage in our streets.
