The school is not at the full occupancy as prescribed by the initial CUP. There are numerous documented violations thus far. To allow and increase prior to full occupancy would be reckless on the city's part.

Traffic on Missouri and Nebraska slows to a virtual PARKING LOT end of day, and the inclusion of BOTH a Skate Board Park and Extra School has SERIOUSLY REDUCED property values and Quality of Life. The CITY refuses to monitor either locations!!

i strongly oppose the actions taken by the lacity planning commission. new west is not in compliance and has overrun the area. enough is enough. no more students, no more cars, no extended hours...it was a mistake letting them in initially and so again, NO MORE EXPANSION IN ANY MANNER

Traffic during drop off and pick up is now backing up onto Bundy Dr. No one can get in or out of Missouri Avenue if they are not a parent in a carpool queue at those times. Increasing poplulation will just add more to our traffic woes.

East-bound Missouri totally blocked these days at 3:00 to 3:30. West-bound also busy. No emergency vehicles can get through is necessary. Totally illegal and very dangerous. We told Planning that would happen. They simply don't care.
