There are apartments across Reinhardt Pkwy Connecter. The Lofts just down the road. There are plenty of rental units in canton and within the vicinity of Great Sky. Apartments are transient. There was a horrible murder a few year ago in one of the apartment complexes across the street from Great Sky. We do not need potential riff raff that my or may not be vetted properly. Especially, since there is a school right there and that murder involved a child . NO APARTMENTS! Renters, most, do not take pride in their development, community or the laws of the speed (reservoir drive is already a race track).

My husband and I built in this beautiful development over 13 years ago. Never was it disclosed by the in house realtors or developers that apartments were on the future horizon. I hope our council members will discourage this and keep this enviable neighborhood apartment free.

My husband and I do not want nor think it is a good idea for apartments to built wirhin our subdivision. Since the initial entry of those plans for Great Sky, many things have changed, and therefore, the idea of building apartments needs to be one of those changes as well. It is not beneficial for our neighborhood, and building apartments within our neighborhood would do more harm than good. We adamantly oppose the proposal to build apartments in our neighborhood and ask that you reconsider and deny any requests to build apartments within our subdivision.

This was never disclosed to me 13 years ago when my family purchased here in Great Sky. I would never have bought a house in here if I had known about multi family housing inside our community. This is deviatating to home values.
