My wife and inn oved in to Great Sky in January of 2017. I would have had serious pause had I known the plans included apartments. The study shows, grade A tenants are looking for a walkable community with restaurants and attractions, this does not match the needs of modern renters.

Multi-family housing absolutely has no place in Great Sky. It would ruin a beautiful residential neighborhood
in all areas i.e. traffic, crime, property values etc. According to some latest studies Canton has more existing multi-family developments than any other location in Cherokee County which may possibly result in a moratorium on additional units. I cannot believe that this is even being considered!!

Multi home housing will significantly affect the value of our homes in turn causeing long term home owners a financial hardship. Completely opposed and feel you will see a mass exodus of current canton residents. This will also cause a hardship fir the city.

We definitely do not want these apartments or an others. Our facilities will not be able to support them. Water, sewer lines, grinder pumps, etc are not designed to facilitate a large population growth.

Lot 40 in Overlook Grand...was NEVER told there would be apartments (school, retail space, 2nd amenity space....all scrapped....therefore the entire "Master Plan" should be a moot point! We cannot support this type of influx!
