This community cannot support multi-family units. We don't even have finished roads and even sidewalks to support the community we currently have!!!

Original plans change for good reasons. This plan was decided prior to the Reservoir being approved and built! This is NOT the age of apartments any longer....

No apartments in great sky. This is not that kind of community. Put them closer to city center so they can walk to shops and restaurants. Would change dynamic of GS and the entire city of Canton.
