High density residential will further diminish the transportation scores on Temple Terrace Hwy, Bullard Pkwy and 56th Street. Fix these problems before you allow more high density residential.

I grew up on Burlingame Ave. As a 10 year old i could cross bullard without too much trouble. The widening of bullard has already cut temple terrace in two. I would imagine this apartment profiteer has no intentions of living with the added traffic that affects those that live in temple terrace. This is a bad deal for the community of temple terrace.

I live in the area and fear the traffic nightmare that will follow if these Apts are built. I oppose rezoning the acreage for multi apts. Please TTCC, vote no on this unwanted project.

The proposed zoning change and apartment development will put a huge strain on our city resources - fire, police, water, sewer, waste disposal, and roads. We know many people who would love to move to Temple Terrace but are looking elsewhere because there is a shortage of single family homes. Retaining the zoning designation as low density and encouraging single family residential development would be a much better use for this property.

Totally against the re zoning the only people that this will benifit is the capitalist that don’t even live here, keep temple terrace a golf course quiet community we don’t need the headache of extra traffic and unwarranted crime.

The area is already overwhelmed with the effects of apartments. Additional apartments will over burden our police and fire departments and destroy the nature area north of the project. Additional traffic on already congested roadways should be considered by the planning committee. The plan shows no development on the north west of the property but phase 2 is in site if this zone is changed. Resident of Temple Terrace for over 30 years

Building apartments will be so detrimental to the area. The roads are already crumbling, even after repeated patching, traffic is a nightmare with congestion and speeds well in excess of the posted 45mph. Even the nearby roads of 78th Street to Harney Road cannot possibly absorb the increased traffic as Harney has doubled to tripled in recent years, I can no longer take Harney during peak hours. Apartments also do not fit the neighborhood. This is a quiet and peaceful single family home residential area. Temple Terrace Highway to the east and west, where there are apartments, are literally littered with trash along the road and children walking or riding bikes without adult supervision. Apartments may look nice when they are first built, but quickly go downhill and "trash up the neighborhood". Please do not allow this property to be re-zoned to multi-family!
