This is detrimental to the Temple Terrace area and will definitely hurt the home values and the neighborhood. Please do not let Florida College go through with this plan.

Please don't allow this development to go in. It will not only decrease the property value, increase crime in the AREA, cause traffic congestion, and ADVERSELY AFFECT OUR QUALITY OF LIFE. I have lived in Temple Terrace for 30 years. It was a beautiful golf course community at the time that our family moved into Temple Terrace, but over the years I have seen our City changing, and much of the changes have not been for the betterment of the City of Temple Terrace. Please don't let more of these wrong decisions take place. DO NOT pass this rezoning!

Temple Terrace already has too many apartments. We need more single family homes in that area.

Hell no! I live here for a reason, if I wanted to live in an apt (area) I would of, but refuse to lower myself!

We already have too many cars with River run and rolling terrace in this area ,maybe a developer should bid to bukid more homes
