I oppose the proposed changes in zoning to allow for more apartments in this land.
I think the original zoning for 4 parcels per acre is acceptable.

Opposed due in balance between owner occupied dwellings and rentals. Simply NO to more rentals since more than 50percent of housing units will be rentals. Renters have no long term financial investment in the city and usually contribute little to the long term betterment of the community.

Along with traffic and increased crime within the adjacent neighborhoods; the nature preserve that borders the northern part of the property, will have an increase in crime and destructive behavior in it. Are the residents across the river to the north of the preserve aware what is happening in their back yards?
