There are enough apartments in Temple Terrace. Tear down of some of the old ones n build new a one there

Temple Terrace does not need another densely populated apartment complex. The infrastructure at this location would need major upgrades to handle the additional traffic.

I don't oppose providing more housing to the community. What I oppose is that the proposed project design does not benefit the community as a whole. The project would be better if it integrated a community amenity to replace the loss of the driving range.

No more apts in TT. We have enough. We have a great community here we don’t need people here that have no reason to contribute to our area. You are going to make long term residences begin to move out of our neighborhoods which in turn will begin a dominoe effect if crime neighborhood breakdowns.
