I oppose building an apartment complex on Bulard Pkwy and 78th street. This will damage the spirit of our neighbourhood and devalue our properies.

Terrace Golf Course is a Temple Terrace treasure and it is a shame that its future is in jeopardy. Aside from the sentimental and traditonal value the golf course has to current and past residents, its ecological value should supersede the prospective economic gains.

Too many cars entering an already busy street especially during school starting times will impact parents taking kids to school nearby

I do not want the multi-family rental apartments to be built and I oppose the rezoning from R-4 to R-9.

Lot of great memories at the Small course there. Choose another location for the apartments. There are already plenty of apts in that area already.

I love driving in the morning and not having many developments in my area, many of my neighbors like to walking and play golf in that area as well. Not to mention the habitat they are trying to replace. Many animals live there including foxes, raccoons, etc. they need a home just as much as we do.
