Stop More Apartments in Temple Terrace

Apartments have been instrumental in the decline of Greco Middle School. We need to only build homes or condos for people who want to make Temple Terrace their permanent home. Please do not approve the rezoning just to provide money to a company that puts profits ahead of our community!

No more apartments in Temple Terrace. The city is over saturated with rental property. What we need is sensible, smart development not just development for development’s sake.

No I oppose because it will effect property values in a 1 mile radius, cause increase traffic existing roads will not support the additional traffic. It should be used for median priced home's, not starter houses.

Apts support over population, increases in traffic and this family home neighborhood has zero interest in the inclusion of said development proposal.

Only single family homes should be built on this property.

This must not happen, crime will increase.

I am opposed to this

Not only will increased density cause traffic problems but apartments are inhabited by a more transient population . This population usually is less interested in maintaining the integrity of the community. Homeowners are more committed to proper maintenance of their property for the well being of the community

As a 55 year resident of Temple Terrace, I oppose this rezoning. No more apartments in TT!
