I am a homeowner in TT and we do not need any more transient residents, we need people who have a vested interest in our community and wont be leaving in a year or two.

I do not believe more rentals are needed in TT. This will overburden the schools(which are already mediocre performers) A- rated school drive up property values. We need to make the schools better More rentals will also increase traffic.Nicer private high end town-homes seem like a better solution. And build a destination downtown

Please stop this from happening. Our neighborhood has been unique since its inception in the 1920's and to blindly and irresponsibly build this complex would be a travesty. Anyone who has been on the river knows that rental properties tend to cause more destruction to the shoreline than individual property owners.

We plan and they plan but Allah (god) is the master of all planners. So ask god to not let them build the apartments. I also agree dont want traffic.!

We want to see single family homes remain the focus of Temple Terrace. We want to see the completion of our downtown and the country club paying back the debt they owe the city.

I strongly oppose (a) the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment TT/CPA18-03 & Rezoning from R-4 (4 units per acre) to R-9 (9 units per acre) and (b) the development of 311 Multi-Family Rental Apartments on 34 acres at the Corner of 78th Street and Temple Terrace Highway (Terrace Golf Course). I own a home in Rolling Terrace.
