Banning should focus on the needs of its current residents . Grocery stores , retail space , commercial space , infrastructure and improvements that are necessary for all of those who reside in Banning before pursuing another residential project.

Not every open piece of land needs to be built on. There are already too many high priced homes in California.

We are getting over-saturated with residents. Our infrastructure cannot handle the traffice

It's a must. Traffic on our roads is already ridiculous. More homes would be a very bad move for everyone. I live in the Four Seasons at Beaumont and it is so crazy just trying to get on the freeway. With more houses, it would be a complete disaster.

I agree on stopping the expansion! I came to the city of banning to avoid a crowded city and this will definitely make it crowded

They've done destroyed the once beautiful landscape of Beaumont and now they want to continue with the last of it The Bench, Cherry Valley, Calimesa, San Timetao. How much more are we going to tolerate before it's completely gone????

Please do not ruin these beautiful hills with more homes that will furthermore only overpopulate the pass area with traffic pollution and historically speaking a higher crime rate my Family has been here for over a hundred years we are the biggest family in the pass area and it’s devastating to see how much people are being over crammed into this town don’t ruin our cities !

Protect the wildlife and the livelihoods of the people that have lived there for generations. The people up there do not agree with it, and that should be it.

We have to much congestion in the Banning, Beaumont and Cherry Valley area. Please stop the construction. Thank you.

Our hillsides are already fragile and at constant risk of fire. Adding thousands of homes to this tinderbox is reckless.” In a high fire hazard zone, every decision should be measured by how it reduces, not increases, the danger.

Banning doesn't have the infrastructure to accommodate more housing.

Love these beautiful hills. We don’t need every area filled with housing.

Why build home in a high fire area? Insurance rate will be high, lives will be put at risk, it's extremely dangerous for everyone involved
