Please preserve the beautiful wildlife that we have here. It's one of only a few areas left to enjoy this kind of environment.
Not to mention we have already displaced so much wildlife already building in Beaumont and the fires the burnt through surrounding areas a few years back
It's not a good idea. Huge fire risk

We definitely don't need more homes. We need grocery stores and other stores north of the freeway!!! It's a pain going to Albertsons or In N Out

Banning should clean up the city before ruining a nice rural area with thousands of houses 5 feet apart that no one wants except HOA loving crybabies.

We don't have enough high schools, hospitals, or pharmacies, functional animal care/shelter, or affordable vet care to accommodate our current population. We have homes empty and people on the street because they can't afford them adding more unaffordable homes will not solve the problem.

Adding more houses when the infrastructure, water, electricity hasn’t been addressed is ridiculous

I live below the bench and this development with increase traffic in our neighborhood. One of the roads going up to the bench is a very sharp turn and it would increase traffic and accidents. Along with fire hazards we have already had many fires in the area. Please stop the development.

I’ve been visiting my family for many years wildlife quiet out of the city craziness. Very easy access adding all these homes will create traffic to get up to the bench yes it’s in fire range but 200 homes vs 2400 really please reconsider
