We moved to Sun Lakes 6 yrs ago from San Gabriel area. We weren't planning on staying but here we are. It is well known that our area from Redlands, east to Banning, has increased in population. My husband, being the engineer that he is, has said, that infrastructure is always the last to expand. Honestly, I think that's ass backwards, but I'm not an engineer. We need more homes, but do we need them on the BENCH? Personally, I vote no, but I love to look at rural. That's becoming less and less. Water concerns me. Drinking water has always concerned me. Do we need more traffic? HIGHLAND SPRINGS has become pure bottleneck. Beaumont Blvd is no better. The transient population has increased in 6 yrs. What to do? Make your voice be heard.

I was not aware of this plan. Have not heard. Either way it will ruin the area. This is suppose to be a rural community. It’s ridiculous to even consider.

It’s absolutely CRAZY to build there!! The fire hazards are exceedingly high, let alone getting fire insurance!!

We spent our life savings of thirty years to buy our dream home. We wanted out of the hustle and bustle. Please God keep our neighborhood like a small slice of heaven here on earth. That many homes, cars, people, trash, WATER. Please allow us to keep our dream neighborhood. What a nightmare it will be if this is allowed!!

I believe this project will be a significant impact the environment. Already seen kangaroo rats dead, and some that have drowned in the pool over by that house that’s been documented. being chased out of their habitat, and ran over on the road a lot more than usual, due to habitat being disturbed even with the testing by the time they do a project any environmental impact will destroy all the animals in that habitat.

Build else where. Leave the banning bench alone , it's a peaceful beautiful place , stop trying to push out ranches and homes that have been here for centuries!!!!!!

The traffic already is beyond CrAzY!! Leave us alone!! We already deal with fire zones, hard to get home insurance, so for the love of God…STOP building!!!
