That area cannot support that many houses, it is a disaster waiting to happen. There is only 2 ways to the bench both just 1 lane in each direction, very unsafe if a fire were to happen which is highly probable in that area. The land is full of bears and probably mountain lions, what will happen to them? Greed always wins out unfortunately.

The City of Banning cannot take care of the infrastructure as it is. So, we'll add these nearly 3,000 homes and the additional ones currently being built as Atwell expansions?! Figure out how to accept electronic utility payments, and then we'll discuss further.

this place is too peaceful and it is owned by wildlife. People moved out there to get away from the busy city, don’t take that from them. It is too beautiful to destroy, pick a different area to build your land
