Its a shambles and Councillor Michael Michael should be utterly ashamed of what he has created instead of patting himself on the back like he did when the Lib Dems questioned him about it last meeting. All he did was say how ba the lib dems were coz they had less trucks when the population of cardiff was lower anyhow! He needs to be sacked from the cabinet immediately!

Once again waste collections are delayed. The service provided is abysmal. No doubt if I delayed my Council Tax payment, staff would be found to chase payment. How about a refund for services not provided.

Why make changes to the collections during a pandemic? How do you expect a workforce, some whom are shielding or isolating, to cope? This has not been an improvement, more of an embarrassment on the councils behalf.

If the collections can’t cope in a 5 day service, how are they expected to cope in 4 days.
And middle of the night collections are not fair on frontline workers with noise disturbance.

Green bin collection due on 24th March. Not collected until 29th in spite of daily updates saying collection would take place. Because of the length of time since last collection my bin was incredibly heavy. Could not move it back up the drive, collected or not.
