Clearly the new system is not working with staff shortages. It does ask the question, ehy did they implement the changes knowing they are understaffed. Surely it would be better to wait until the workforce is more or less back at full capacity.

Over the period enD November t March, my bins have NOt been emptied 6 weeks out if 16!

Cardiff North miss out so
Much as an ‘affluent’ area yet we pay more council tax. We are unfairly treated and bin day is an ongoing fiasco!
