Our Council Tax has gone up again yet services are being reduced. Come on CCC collect when you say you will. Our streets are laden with unsightly bins fir days on end.

Not happy with a random Sunday 6:30am collection. We’ve had 3 collections in one week. Surely they know what streets they’ve been too and not! Response from CCC was awful, they’ve worked throughout the pandemic with no time off! So have I, Sunday’s is my day off! Noisy work is not be carried out until 10am Sunday’s!

‘Report a missed collection’ is useless. Said they’d be back to pick up then a week later, an email to say they wouldn’t in fact be back to empty my missed bin. What on earth are we paying for? Dreadful service.

Yet again green bin not emptied as arranged by Council. At Christmas it took 13 days to empty our green bin.

Service at the moment is very poor garden waste in particular the service has gone backwards since the “new service was to be introduced “

Residents have taken on the role of the council, keeping local areas litter free, cutting foliage and clearing lanes. It is unacceptable that the council cannot empty the bins that are full of waste that they should have collected in the first place

Seems bizarre that not long after a letter of change, with a new dawn of efficiency - it all goes 'pear shaped'. Shielding has been quoted, what, with vaccinations - no need for it now.

It’s about time the waste collection was sorted considering the high rates we pay. Particularly fed up of the green bins not being emptied regularly throughout the autumn and winter!
