Have reported that our street was not collected last week. Council policy is that reports must be made within 24 hours or they are ignored. Ridiculous!

No green bins collected since last year apart from one collection after Xmas. My garden full of leaves and twigs from neighbouring trees, now with nice weather & garden centres re opening, people have been encouraged. all looked forward to green bin collections re starting last Friday we r still waiting for them to be collected. Council tax increased again for what! Why aren't garden bins collected throughout the winter months? Nature doesn't stop - weeds and trees keep growing & making a mess of our pavements, roads and gardens. Wake up CCC plenty of people looking for work!

Since the new collection dates my bins have been missed twice. My garden waste bin is still awaiting collecting 2 days after it should have been collected. It is totally unacceptable.

Please ensure that our bins are collected on time. This obviously is proving to be a problem since you changed to 4 days a week.Please return to a full weekly schedule,which will make life easier for all householders and refuse collectors.

Green bins have been outside house on Bardsey Crescent Llanishen all week waiting to be collected with no real idea of when this will now happen. What the bin out all week and cars parking on pavements is is difficult to walk no tge street. But never mine the council has loads of money to waist on Bike lanes!!!

We have had our garden waste in the kerb side for 5 days It is too heavy to keep putting back in the garden and dragging out We are seniors Please sort this out if is not acceptable
