Stop mismanagements and racism in our Mosque.

Wimbledon Mosque has made arrangements of Eid Ul Azha prayers in Wimbledon Park 1st Time on 20th July 2021. Thousands of local people attended the prayers. It was a great family experience. Thanks to Mosque committee and trustees especially Mr Talat, Farrukh & other members who worked very hard in organising this event. People who criticise the management should look in to the great work mosque is doing for the community. The person who uploaded this petition has a personal agenda. He has a personal grudge against the Imam Shoaib and trying to create a fitna by blaming the whole Masjid management and making this as a racial issue which is completely wrong and is a great sin. People making any comment to this petition please try to find out the truth before you put a finger to anyone.

Whether anyone accepts or denies there is a lot of mismanagement, the improper use ofpowers and racism, both by the management and Imam Shoib for the past so manyyears. All this happening simply because neither the management nor the Imam has any fear of Allah. The Imam uses his position simply as a worldly rank. This is why hardly anyone in the masjid has any respect for him in their hearts. The Imam never listens to anyone, especially tthose whom he doesn't like, even if they are 100% correct according to the Shareeah rules. He always looks down upon them and treat them as his enemies. He is neither Hafizul Quran or Qari nor is he A'lim or Mufti. In spite of all this he considers himself as a special person. His mindset is totally against the mindset of an Imam. He has no respect for the elders in the masjid nor has he any kind of kindness for the common musallees. In spite of all this the management and some other key post-holders support him blindly even he is absolutely wrong. I suggest an open meeting must be called and everyone should be allowed to say whatever grievances and suggestions they have. It is clear that the management or the Imam will take this step as they know that such a meeting will expose them to everyone in the masjid.

Borther & sisters, Please find out the truth before you make any comments. The person who uploaded the petition has a personal agenda. He is trying to make his daughter’s employment issue as a racial motivated. His daughter has served in the Mosque for over 3 years and no complaint was ever made. His son was leading part of the Taraweeh prayers in last Ramadan. If Mosque is racist how come they offered his son and daughter serving in the Mosque.

Just because he wrote does not mean there is no racism. there are many Somali and non Somali who feel the same so stop racism’ and correct your mistakes instead of defending period!

If he were racist then person who started this petition his son read 4 rakat tarawih this year and the second hufaz was also a Somali. So this is stirring some other issue by this individual. Know the facts before commenting.

This is unacceptable and not permissable in our Deen This is the house of Allah also if you are discriminating towards certain communites please just apologize and respect these people we are all equal in the eyes of Allah except in our rank of Deen when a person discriminates against any community please raise awareness like this May Allah forgive you
