Just because you are sheikh does not give you the licence to act in the despicable manner that you have. I demand that you give an apology to the community showing your repentance as you are always encouraging us to apologize. Also I'm cringing at the juxtaposition of you always talking about the farewell speech in khutubahs however you are forgetting he talked about how no one is better than another except in piety. You also say "if this was in a Somali mosque there would be no Asians working here". I'm sorry but this is pathetic from a man who is urging to be shown as a victim. This is the MOSQUE OF ALLAH. It is a place of ibaadah not for petty disputes. I hope you make istigfar and seek repentance

I’m sorry but this petition is so wrong in many ways! It is slanderous to name individuals that are being accused without judge or jury. The imam is not racist,he is a stalwart of the Muslim community and the mosque is a multicultural centre. We had people from all backgrounds read taraweeh prayers including the son of the accuser! Now his 16year old daughter has been let go and suddenly it’s racist! What nonsense. So before people jump to conclusions find out what’s actually happened.
