This recycling center can cause health hazards, noise pollution and air pollution to name a few. Please do not allow this project to go forward in an already heavy populated community. This is a health and noise danger to our surrounding environment. This should not be allowed.

Who did they bribe to get the zoning changed to heavy industrial? This is corruption! We demand a site-specific EIR! This facility does not belong in our neighborhood.

This kind of heavy industrial work is not suitable near all these homes and children. This is akin to sentencing children to wear a mask for life! Period End of Debate. We are all smarter than this. come on Man!

I am against this proposed development. We live nearby and it will increase noise and particulate pollution in my area!

This is not the proper location for this type of facility. The developer has used loopholes in the system to try and obtain approval. A full EIR should be required.

This location is not appropriate for the use proposed. The proposed nursery which formed the basis for the rezoning of this property was a deliberate attempt to mislead authorities and avoid a full review. Please DO NOT approve this project.

I am against allowing this business at this location because it is too close to homes.

such a facility is noisy, dusty and smells. It requires a full review. I don't live nearby but have concern for those who do. A lot of people will be directly affected.

This area is surrounded by residential areas. Many of the residents are seniors who may already have compromised pulmonary systems like me!

Should not be forced upon the area and its neighbors. Must have a site-specific Environmental Impact Report.

The Grove family had resided in rural Escondido since the 1930's. The "Bears" are the locals "National Monument". To see yet more development around what is known as "Hidden Valley" is further diminishes the natural beauty of the area. For 4 generations, the family had also witnessed the deviation fires have caused due to developmental encroachment. That, and the additional burden of yet more traffic, noise and light pollution will degrade the area to the same level as many many over developed asphalt landscapes that have taken over San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Please take this trash out of community. Probably to a less developed area. Thank you
