This is not an industrial area, it's residential. This plant doesn't belong here.

This facility is to close to homes, homesteads, housing, and work places. This should be placed where there is open lands for at least 15 miles. I refuse to have it near my home.

Please stop this intrusion into our rural neighborhood. My home looks directly across to this area of the mountain. This will be an eyesore, increase traffic on rural roads, and add noise to an already noisy freeway.

We, all the residents of north county, need a detailed environmental impact study done on this project before it moves forward. We need to ensure that neither construction of the site nor the site itself will harm the landscape, its wildlife, or its human life. We also need to ensure it will not increase fire danger in the area. I don't see either of those concerns addressed adequately. Also, the owners of this planned project have already shown themselves to be untrustworthy so we need to ensure that measurable, transparent, and regular monitoring is done on an ongoing basis if this project does move forward.

Unbelievable this is not in a industrial area and you are trying to put it near residential. I will be calling or ongoing demonstrations with cars blocking trucks trying to get there.

Please stop this facility. I do not oppose recycling, but this is a terrible location for this facility. There are many other possible locations that are far more remote and would not impact local neighborhoods

We have lived over 40 years in this quiet neighborhood, adjacent to this location. This poorly placed project will negatively impact our quality of life by traffic, noise, dust and harmful pollutants. NO on this project PLEASE !

As indicated, this project location is wrong in so many ways - health issues, fire hazard, additional traffic congestion, dust and noise pollution. Many schools & parks are in the surrounding area with children playing on playgrounds and athletic fields. Besides local surrounding communities, additional affected areas include Escondido, San Marcos, Fallbrook, Vista and Valley Center especially during Santa Ana wind season. AND NO EIR???
