Please do not allow this concrete crushing facility to be built next to a country residential area.

This project does not belong in a residential area, North South East & West will be affected in many ways. Would anyone from the County Board of Supervisors want this plant near them? A good majority of residence live in a country setting for peace and quiet; this will no longer be possible. In addition, it will affect the health and safety of numerous families. Please do not approve this project.

Besides the increased traffic, noise, air quality problems, noise, FIRE DANGERS, destruction of the environment, & hillsides, etc., individuals who have allergies, health or sinus problems will be severely affected. It should be located away from homes and other businesses. In addition, a complete, all encompassing, environmental impact review must be completed. How is approval of this proposal possible without completion of the items listed above? Please stop this proposed business.

Pollution, noise, health concerns and increased fire hazard to an already high-fire risk residential area are legitimate concerns that MUST be taken into consideration.

The sound effects of this site need to be studied. It sits in a bowl and sound may project to the East to far exceed freeway levels. Mesa Rock road is not suitable for the daily truck traffic that would have to be expected. Why is this pushed through without looking at specifics for the site and effects on community?

This should not be allowed

This could have serious impact on residents. There has been no environmental impact study and the company proposing the facility has a bad track record.

Big environmental pollution and community hazard concern! I cannot believe that they are doing that so close to our homes, and that we have to inhale their filth! My wife kept saying that there is too much white/grey dust on our floors lately. She keeps cleaning up the floors, but every time she reopens the windows at night for fresh air, our floors are getting dirty again. All that dirt is something that our children and ourselves are forced to inhale everyday!

Wrong part of town for this. Too many good quality residential neighborhoods

Heavy industry is incompatible with residential housing. Experts have said that air pollution can increase the rates of Covid transmission and lung damage. Mesa Rock is not the place for this facility.

Escondido has poor air quality due to heavy traffic, the I-15 and 78 merge. We need to stop the pollution.

There are a multitude of reasons why this project should not be allowed to exist at this location. In the strongest sense please deny this project. Thank you.

We are extremely concerned about the health implications of this project. Considering the state of the County regarding the pandemic this is reckless especially for those with underlying health issues.
