Lack of an environmental impact study and report and the owners history of illegal dumping raises serious doubt regarding this proposed project.

Escondido is already a non-attainment area for air quality standards, and the intense rock crushing and asphalt recycling will introduce even more detrimental impacts on public health.

In addition to current pollution we don’t need more close to residential areas. We need clean air for the sake at least of our children and elderly (dust, noise...pollution from crushed materials)

This is a business that should require distance from residential areas..1/2 mile does not cut it...perhaps we need to check out who is actually benefiting by allowing this to pass.

My family and i live in the Emerald Heights community. The area where it has been planned the facility is a residential, with lots of families and children. The health, fire and environmental hazard is beyond comprehension. Please stop this.

There is a lot of desolate rocky land out by hwy 15 and elsewhere. Why choose to be near so much concentrated housing
