I post this facility being built so close to my neighborhood. With all the inherent risks involved. Thank you

This is residential area with thousands of homes, with new homes are building around. It’s not a right place for such project. Our kids have breathing problem, the pollution and dust from that plant will compromise their health and make it worse.

We are opposed to this facility being located in Mesa Rock Road. The fire hazard it poses, aside from the noise contamination, are very concerning. Past incidents of brush fires caused by vehicles stopping along I-15 provide insights on the hazardous potential of conducting explosives demolition where this project is proposed.

The facility is not only a spot zone but the environmental impacts cannot be mitigated and therefore at the very minimum an EIR must be required and final decision must be postponed until such time that all the issues can be addressed. There has been “change of circumstance” since the original environmental approval was granted. New homes have been built nearby, more cars travel Hwy15 due to population growth to the North thus more potential for vehicles causing vehicular sparks and recent wildfires have intensified. Furthermore, The applicants have been indicted for environmental violations as provided in June 2020 Channel 7 article. In the same article it’s provided that the applicants have contributed campaign funds to County Supervisors. Therefore the County can’t be impartial. If the project is approved and fires and loss of life and property are resulted, the County decision makers will be responsible. This project has numerous irregularities and must be stopped at this time so that an in-person hearing can be held and all evidence provided.

We have hundreds of new home being built here that will affect traffic and everything else. This project you want to do is not in the right place and will be a positive for this area. Please find a different place. Thank you

Please don’t allow this monstrosity near any community. Relocate it to a non-residential area.

This location is unsuitable in so many ways, I can't believe they are still trying to push this through! Much too heavily populated an area for this kind of environmental hazard!

This business is totally incompatible with the residential areas all around it! Stop this project NOW!
