There are many better options for this facility location. To place it in a residential area is unsafe, unhealthy and negligent. Wind direction places thousands of people at risk.

The environment and health of the people in surrounding areas cannot be replaced or fixed once damage has occurred, impacts must be evaluated before proceeding with projects that have the potential for such large impact on it's surroundings.

As retirement approached, I carefully selected to live in zip code 92069. I am in my 80's now and I'm concerned about air pollution and escape routes for an extreme fire zone. Please consider the neighborhoods' health and serenity as you consider approval for the concrete crushing plant. Thank you.

This is a danger to our environment and to our community. We live across I-15 and would be definitely affected by this project!

Extreme fire hazard area, rural residential and high impact industrial don’t mix!

This facility should be located in an isolated location, not anywhere near present or potential future residential development.

Please do not allow this facility to be built, or at least first review an environmental impact report!

This land should never have been re-zoned as industrial to allow this plant to be built in such proximity to neighborhoods. The fact that happened without public knowledge and feedback and now this project being fast-tracked is unfair to all nearby residents. Please stop this plant from being built in this residential area. Thank you!

My wife and I are vehemently opposed to the building of NCER. We list close to the proposed plant and noise and dust pollution will put us at high risk, not to mention that is will do damage to our environment. This plant must be stopped.

This project has potentially significant impacts and must have a stand alone EIR. Relying on a decade old document is inappropriate. Updated technical studies should be given public review and Full project build out should be provided.

Given family & related Corporate history spelled out in SDUT combined with pocket zoning backroom deals and non compatible with nearby residential areas this should be REJECTED.

Would create dust and pollution as well as a health impact on individuals with medical conditions
