There are too many schools nearby: Reidy Creek Elementary, Calvin Christian School, Rincon Middle School, even Escondido High School —- all these students may be affected by pollution from this facility. Parent will sue for damages!!!

This project clearly does not fit within the general plan. It is hard to square with the regulations for the i-15 "Scenic Corridor". It is an environmental business proposed by an admitted felon who has committed and confessed to environmental crimes. I fear that this petition will do little to stop this. recent events have shown that only an significant investment in effective legal action will work. I will support it anyway because I am optimistic that legal action against the County and the developer will follow.

This project would be detrimental to the area. It would/could neighborhood residents to be exposed to dangerous toxins and I also believe it could have an negative impact on the value of our home properties. I am opposed to this project in such close proximity to homes and the effects / damages it may cause

This kind of facility does not belong close to residential neighborhoods. This property was rezoned for a nursery and this project has nothing in common with that type of business.

I strongly oppose the proposed concrete crushing and grinding facility at Mesa Rock Road in Escondido. I’ve lived in Escondido for 25 years. Both my husband and I have asthma, and the dust generated by this facility will be detrimental to our health. I urge you to stop this project.

This is a terrible location for the proposed project. Put it far away from homes. There is nothing good to come of this health wise, environmentally, and quality of living wise for the area. Industrial style business creating more traffic and pollution is not welcome in this area where potential homes could be built. Keep it clean.
